Fivestars is a company that empowers small businesses through loyalty and CRM. Their mission is to turn every transaction into a relationship. Worked as the lead designer on the in-house rebrand. Was in charge of designing the logo, style-guide, and every rebranded product surface.

Internal poster designed for the North bay fire relief. Employees were encouraged to donate to the fund $20 to receive a poster.
Fivestars primary interaction with customers is through their Customer Touch Screen. Users sign up at a small business via a mobile phone number, earn points through purchases, and are then able to redeem those points for rewards.
Our in-store team had gotten feedback that the CTS was unclear on how many points users had and how they could redeem rewards. My task was to make these things easier and more clear for the user. By partnering with our researcher we were able to test and validate design mocks. We eventually rolled out the designs and saw 8% more saves and 10% less time outs compared to the previous designs.

A new initiative at Fivestars was to drive users between merchants to create a merchant network. On the previous version of Fivestars Mobile App there was no way to discover free deals at other merchants. My task was to create a map/list view where users could organically discover new deals from nearby merchants. We ran this as an expiriment to see if new deals would drive visit rates comparable to our Customer Touch Screen. It drove 60% more memberships adds compared to the previous map screen.
